About the Event
Due to possible weather issues and to ensure peak bloom times, an alternate date of June 7th, 2021 has been scheduled as a back up date. Â In case of a date change the website will be updated and all members will be notified.
This is a RSVP event only. Â Space will be reserved for a limited number of club members first and any available space will be opened up to non-members one week in advance of the event.
Coach Bus Transportation will be provided for a limited number of members based on bus capacity. Â We will load the bus at the Park & Ride (see address above) at 5:15pm and leave promptly at 5:30pm. Â The bus will arrive back to the Park & Ride by 10pm. Â A Box Dinner will be provided for all current members as well. Â More details about the box dinner to come.

All recommended CDC precautions will be implemented to ensure this is a safe event for all. This is an outdoor event on a large property. Â When social distancing can not be obtained masks will be required. Â Per the bus companies regulations masks will be required when on the bus. Hand sanitizer will be made avaialble to all guests.
