August 19th Saturday Bus Tour: Chuck Levine's and Eloise Butler Wildflower Gardens

Please join in for  a Bus Tour to two, beautiful well-known gardens. 

Begin the day in Roseville touring Chuck Levine's gardens . Chuck's gardens were named as one of six  2022 Star and Tribune's Beautiful Gardens. Chuck is a retired horticulturalist/educator. His gardens include a ginko forest and rare plants that display his lifelong dedication to plants. 

After touring Chuck's gardens, we will bus to the Theodore Wirth Beach for a box lunch provided by LAGC! 

The afternoon will be spent touring the Eloise Butler Wildlife Gardens and Bird Sanctuary's 15 acres with over 500 plants and 130 bird species. 

Schedule: 

8:45                  Meet at the Park and Ride at 20941 Kendrick Ave

9:00                 Bus departs

10:00-11:30  Tour  Chuck Levine's award winning gardens

12:00-1:00     Lunch at Theodore Wirth Beach

1:30-3:30       Tour the Eloise Butler Wildflower Gardens and BIrd Sanctuary

4:00ish           Arrive back at the park and ride 

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

• Please meet at the Park and Ride Lot at 20941 Kenrick Avenue, Lakeville by 8:45 as the bus will leave promptly at 9:00
• This tour is limited to 40 due to Tour Bus capacity.  
• RSVP is REQUIRED. Event registration will  close  one week prior to the Event.
• LAGC members will be given RSVP priority until  up to two weeks before the event.
• Two weeks before the event, members will be informed if there is still room on the bus and  members will be welcome to complete a Guest RSVP for  a friend or family member. 
• As per LAGC's Guest policy: All guests who RSVP ($20 fee collected  at the bus)  will be put on the waiting list and  will be informed by email whether or not there is a spot for them, one week prior to the event.
• All participants who RSVP will receive an email with final details one week prior to the event.
